Cytonn Investment, today held an award ceremony for its top Real Estate Investments Advisors at the Sarova Panafric Hotel. The forum also served as a training to boost their capacity in a dynamic alternative investments sector.

They were hosted to an exclusive invite-only breakfast and were trained on Kenya’s Economic Review and Outlook, Real Estate Investments and Structured Investments Solutions.

Speaking at the event, Chief Investment Officer and Head of Cytonn Real Estate, Elizabeth N. Nkukuu said that Cytonn has grown in terms of people and products, and Real Estate Investments Advisors are a way to broaden Cytonn’s distribution channels and avail products closer to the clients. “With a growth to over 300 employees and 12 investment ready projects in real estate, you are just one way in which Cytonn ensures our clients easily access our products and services,” said Elizabeth.

Cytonn’s Investment Analyst, John Ndua, speaking at the event noted that Cytonn’s main aim is always to offer clients best returns through its independence & investor focus. “We are focused on serving the interest of our clients, which is best done on an independent platform to minimize conflicts of interest,” said John. “Cytonn’s strategy looks to bridge the supply and demand gap in the Real Estate market, so as to provide expertise and execution capability to reduce the housing deficit in Kenya,” said Shiv Arora, Financial Controller at Cytonn Investments.
